PROGRAMA SAÚDE NA ESCOLA: SOBRE AÇÕES DOS PROFESSORES DE ESCOLAS PÚBLICAS MUNICIPAIS NO SUL DO ESPÍRITO SANTO
O Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE) apresenta uma proposta de integração entre os Ministérios da Educação e Saúde, por meio da Atenção Primária a Saúde (APS) com objetivo de ampliar a integração entre Saúde e Educação. Objetivo: Identificar as ações do PSE desenvolvidas no município de Presidente Kennedy/ES, no ano de 2019 Metodologia: estudo descritivo, de abordagem quantitativa, realizado por meio da aplicação de um questionário com perguntas estruturadas e semiestruturadas, encaminhado aos docentes, por mídia digital (e-mail). Foi feita uma análise documental, nos arquivos da Secretaria da Educação para identificar as ações realizadas antes do ano de 2019. Resultados: as ações do PSE foram iniciadas no município no ano de 2017. Os 50 docentes que participaram do estudo se caracterizaram por serem do sexo feminino (90%) e, sobre a política do PSE, 60% relataram não haver discussão do PSE com a direção das escolas, além de não saberem se o PSE está incluído no Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola. A realização de ações previstas no PSE foi afirmativa em 66%, negativa em 20% e 14% não souberam responder. Mesmo assim responderam que realizaram 230 ações, em escolas urbanas (126) e rurais (104). Considerações finais: O PSE teve a sua implantação iniciada no município de Presidente Kennedy 10 anos após o decreto que instituiu o seu marco legal. De acordo com os relatos dos professores, embora reconheçam a importância do Programa, não há compreensão mais profunda dos seus objetivos. Nesse sentido, 60% dos participantes da pesquisa declararam que a direção das escolas não discute com os eles sobre o PSE; mais da metade não soube responder se o PSE está incluído no PPP da escola e 34% não sabem responder se desenvolveram ou não as ações definidas no PSE.

The School Health Program (PSE) presents a proposal for integration between the Ministries of Education and Health, through Primary Health Care (PHC) with the objective of expanding the integration between Health and Education. Objective: To identify the PSE actions developed in the municipality of Presidente Kennedy/ES, in 2019 Methodology: descriptive study, with a quantitative approach, carried out through the application of a questionnaire with structured and semi-structured questions, sent to teachers, by digital media (email). A document analysis was carried out in the files of the Department of Education to identify the actions carried out before the year 2019. Results: the PSE actions were initiated in the municipality in the year 2017. The 50 teachers who participated in the study were characterized by being from the female (90%) and, on the PSE policy, 60% reported that there was no discussion of the PSE with the school management, in addition to not knowing whether the PSE is included in the school's Political Pedagogical Project. The performance of actions provided for in the PSE was affirmative in 66%, negative in 20% and 14% were unable to respond. Even so, they answered that they carried out 230 actions, in urban (126) and rural (104) schools. Final considerations: The PSE began its implementation in the municipality of Presidente Kennedy 10 years after the decree that established its legal framework. According to the teachers' reports, although they recognize the importance of the Program, there is no deeper understanding of its objectives. In this sense, 60% of the research participants stated that the school administration does not discuss the PSE with them; more than half could not answer whether the PSE is included in the school's PPP and 34% could not answer whether or not they developed the actions defined in the PSE.
