Programa Pró-Mulher no Pará: ações de apoio às vítimas de violência doméstica

A pesquisa analisa a contribuição do Programa Pró-Mulher Pará no enfrentamento à violência doméstica contra a mulher no estado do Pará. A investigação justifica-se pela permanência dos índices de agressão e pela necessidade de compreender a efetividade das ações institucionais voltadas à proteção feminina. Adotou-se abordagem qualitativa, de natureza descritiva, fundamentada em pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, com análise de produções acadêmicas, documentos oficiais e registros informativos publicados entre 2020 e 2026. Os resultados evidenciaram ampliação dos atendimentos, expansão territorial das ações, fortalecimento da rede protetiva, qualificação profissional e incorporação de atendimento biopsicossocial às vítimas. Também foram identificados desafios relacionados à subnotificação, à continuidade das políticas públicas e à manutenção dos serviços especializados em regiões mais afastadas. Verificou-se que o Programa Pró-Mulher Pará apresenta contribuições relevantes para o fortalecimento do acolhimento institucional e da proteção às mulheres em situação de violência doméstica no estado paraense.

  • Abstract: This study analyzes the contribution of the Pró-Mulher Pará Program in confronting domestic violence against women in the state of Pará. The research is justified by the persistence of violence rates and by the need to understand the effectiveness of institutional actions aimed at protecting women. A qualitative and descriptive approach was adopted, based on bibliographic and documentary research, through the analysis of academic studies, official documents, and informative records published between 2020 and 2026. The results revealed an expansion of assistance services, territorial growth of the actions, strengthening of the protection network, professional training, and incorporation of biopsychosocial support for victims. Challenges related to underreporting, continuity of public policies, and maintenance of specialized services in distant regions were also identified. The study verified that the Pró-Mulher Pará Program presents relevant contributions to strengthening institutional support and protection for women experiencing domestic violence in the state of Pará.
