PROGRAMA GESTAR: UMA POLÍTICA DE FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA EM VILHENA - RO
Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo estabelecer uma discussão sobre as políticas de formação continuada para professores da educação básica implementadas no Brasil, com especificidades ao Programa Gestão da Aprendizagem – GESTAR. Também foram pesquisados aspectos referentes à constituição desse programa na perspectiva nacional e sua caracterização em Rondônia, seus desdobramentos e funcionalidades, especialmente no município de Vilhena. Teve como proposta realizar um levantamento do quantitativo de docentes egressos do Programa GESTAR no município de Vilhena e analisar o material utilizado durante as formações. Essa pesquisa se fundamentou na metodologia quantitativa, tipo exploratória, descritiva e documental, como instrumento para coleta de dados foram utilizadas análise documental e questionário.

Abstract:
This research aimed to establish a discussion about the policies of continuing education for teachers of basic education implemented in Brazil, with specificities to the Program of Learning Management - GESTAR. We also researched aspects related to the constitution of this program in the national perspective and its characterization in Rondônia, its unfolding and functionalities, especially in the municipality of Vilhena. It was proposed to carry out a survey of the number of teachers who graduated from the GESTAR Program in the municipality of Vilhena and to analyze the material used during the training. This research was based on the quantitative methodology, exploratory, descriptive and documentary, as an instrument for data collection, documentary analysis and questionnaire were used.
