PROGRAMA EDUCAÇÃO QUE ABRAÇA: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA E A VALORIZAÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO SOCIOEMOCIONAL NA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE EDUCAÇÃO DE MUANÁ
Este artigo tem como intenção relatar a implementação do Programa de Desenvolvimento de Competências Socioemocionais Educação que abraça da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de Muaná na Ilha do Marajó, estado do Pará. Se debruça em apresentar resultados preliminares das atividades realizadas entre o período de setembro/2021 a agosto/2022, o programa tem como finalidade trabalhar a educação socioemocional com todos as categorias de servidores, entre eles: Barqueiros, motoristas, vigias, serviços gerais, merendeiras, auxiliar administrativos, professores, coordenadores pedagógicos, gestores, equipe técnica da secretaria e alunos. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo fundamentado na Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) e no desenvolvimento de competências gerais para a educação básica, se fundamenta nas ideias de alguns teóricos como Henri Wallon; Daniel Goleman, António Damásio e Moacir Gadoti dentre outros que fundamentam esse construto. O programa incialmente surgiu de uma inquietação por demandas emocionais que surgiram durante a pandemia no meio educacional, posteriormente criou-se uma equipe de trabalho multiprofissional e foi organizado um cronograma de ações que inicialmente resultou em uma pesquisa que gerou dados que apontaram as principais demandas a serem trabalhadas. Após a coleta de dados, partiu-se para a implementação de ações, objetivando a valorização da educação socioemocional por reconhecer que ela é um elemento importante no processo de ensino-aprendizagem dos estudantes da rede; para melhorar o ambiente de trabalho e valorizar as relações interpessoais. Os resultados preliminares apontam que os objetivos vêm sendo alcançado através dessas ações estruturadas e intencionais.

Abstract:
This article intends to report the implementation of the Program for the Development of Social and Emotional Skills Education that embraces the Municipal Secretary of Education of Muaná in Ilha do Marajó, state of Pará. Focuses on presenting preliminary results of the activities carried out between the period from September/2021 to August/2022, the program aims to work on socio-emotional education with all categories of servers, including: Boatmen, drivers, watchmen, general services, lunch ladies , administrative assistants, teachers, pedagogical coordinators, managers, secretariat technical staff and students. This is a qualitative study based on the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) and on the development of general skills for basic education, based on the ideas of some theorists such as Henri Wallon; Daniel Goleman, António Damásio and Moacir Gadoti, among others who support this construct. The program initially emerged from a concern for emotional demands that arose during the pandemic in the educational environment, later a multidisciplinary work team was created and a schedule of actions was organized that initially resulted in a survey that generated data that pointed out the main demands to be addressed. to be worked. After data collection, actions were implemented, aiming at valuing socio-emotional education by recognizing that it is an important element in the teaching-learning process of students in the network; to improve the work environment and enhance interpersonal relationships. Preliminary results indicate that the objectives have been reached through these structured and intentional actions.
