PROFESSORA OU TIA? IMPRESSÕES DE PROFESSORAS DE UM CENTRO DE EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE BLUMENAU/SC
A Educação Infantil foi reconhecida recentemente como primeira etapa da Educação Básica. Mesmo assim, as professoras que trabalham com crianças pequenas ainda sofrem muito preconceito e são diferenciadas das professoras que atuam com os Anos Iniciais. Professora na Educação Infantil é “tia”; professora na escola é “professora”. A presente pesquisa vem ao encontro dessa diferenciação, procurando compreendê-la de modo mais profundo. Para tanto, foi realizada uma entrevista narrativa com 11 professoras de um Centro de Educação Infantil da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Blumenau, com o objetivo de analisar a percepção que essas professoras têm ao serem chamadas de “tia” pelos pais das crianças com as quais atuam. Dentre as conclusões observa-se que, para as professoras entrevistadas, muitas famílias lhes passam a ideia de que elas não têm a mesma importância que uma professora dos Anos Iniciais, apesar de ambas terem a mesma formação inicial. Observa-se também que, pelo fato das professoras da Educação Infantil estarem bastante envolvidas com os cuidados pessoais das crianças, muitas famílias não reconhecem a intencionalidade pedagógica que permeia seu trabalho diariamente. Por fim, as leituras feitas, especialmente do livro “Professora sim, Tia não – cartas a quem ousa ensinar”, de Paulo Freire, apontam que ser professora é uma profissão, é política, mas as professoras parecem presas ao sistema que as molda e oprime, fazendo delas meras “tias de creche”.

Abstract:
Early childhood education was recently recognized as the first stage of basic education. Even so, teachers who work with young children still suffer a lot of prejudice and are differentiated from teachers who work with the Early Years. Teacher in kindergarten is “aunt”; teacher at school is "teacher". This research meets this differentiation, seeking to understand it more deeply. To this end, a narrative interview was conducted with 11 teachers from a Kindergarten Center of the Blumenau Municipal Education Network, with the purpose of analyzing the perception that these teachers have when they are called “aunt” by the parents of the children with whom act. Among the conclusions, it is observed that, for the interviewed teachers, many families give them the idea that they do not have the same importance as an Early Years teacher, although both have the same initial education. It is also observed that because the teachers of early childhood education are very involved with the personal care of children, many families do not recognize the pedagogical intentionality that permeates their daily work. Finally, the readings made, especially from Paulo Freire's book “Professora sim, Tia não – Cartas a quem ousa ensinar,” Point out that being a teacher is a political profession, but teachers seem to be linked to the system that shapes and oppresses them, making them just "daycare aunts”.
