PRODUZIR CONVENCIONALMENTE OU INOVAR? O MAPA DA ACEITAÇÃO: A SUBJETIVIDADE EM JOGO - ESTUDO DE CASO DO ASSENTAMENTO ANDER RODOLFO HENRIQUE DIAMANTE D´OESTE PARANÁ
Este artigo sumariza alguns dos
resultados obtidos na pesquisa de mestrado
(SOUZA, 2017), desenvolvida no Programa
de Pós-Graduação em Ciências Sociais, na
Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná,
campus de Toledo-PR. O problema que
impeliu a pesquisa centralizou-se nas práticas
agroecológicas em áreas de assentamentos
rurais da reforma agrária do Movimento dos
Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (MST).
Partindo desse ponto, objetivou-se analisar
o processo de condicionamento das famílias
camponesas assentadas na construção de um
Projeto de Desenvolvimento de Assentamento
Sustentável (PDA) em bases agroecológicas.
Nesse intuito, analisamos o processo de
ruptura e de descontinuidade da matriz
tecnológica em Agroecologia e, posteriormente,
a descontinuidade do PDA Agroecológico em
um assentamento, localizado em Diamante
D’Oeste -PR. Ao nos inserirmos nesse
universo de pesquisa, cotejamos a distância
das representações objetivas e subjetivas dos
assentados e dos organizadores com relação
à Agroecologia. Para que os dados fossem
gerados, utilizamos questionários e entrevistas
com 46 famílias de assentados. Para analisálos, recorremos a um amplo arcabouço teórico
que discutiu tanto a questão da Agroecologia
quanto a questão agrária. Os resultados nos
mostraram que as famílias optaram pela
Agroecologia porque foram condicionadas
(uma dívida moral) a uma matriz tecnológica
de agricultura sustentável de “cima para
baixo” que não fora bem aceita, levando a um
desencantamento do modelo agroecológico
e ao rompimento do regime interno da matriz
agroecológica.

Abstract:
This article summarizes some of
the results obtained in the master’s research
(SOUZA, 2017), developed in the PostGraduate Program in Social Sciences, at the
State University of the West of Paraná, ToledoPR Campus. The problem that motivated the
research centered on agroecological practices
in areas of rural settlements of agrarian reform of
the Landless Workers’ Movement (MST). From
this point on, the objective was to analyze the
process of conditioning peasant families based
on the construction of a Sustainable Settlement Development Project (PDA) on an agroecological basis. In this sense, we analyzed
the process of rupture and discontinuity of the technological matrix in Agroecology and
later the discontinuity of the Agroecological PDA in a settlement, located in Diamante
D’Oeste-PR. Entering this universe of research, we compared the distance of the
objective and subjective representations of the settlers and the organizers in relation
to Agroecology. In order to produce the data, we used questionnaires and interviews
with 46 families of settlers. To analyze them, we used a broad theoretical framework
that discusses both the issue of Agroecology and the agrarian question. The results
showed that the families chose Agroecology because (a moral debt) a technological
matrix of sustainable agriculture from “top down” was imposed to them, which was not
well accepted, leading to a disappointment with the agroecological model and to the
rupture of the internal regime of the agroecological matrix.
