Abstract: The soybean-corn succession system can deteriorate soil attributes, with crop diversification through intercropping being one of the most viable possibilities to minimize the problem. Thus, this work aimed to evaluate the productivity of second-crop corn monoculture and intercropped systems, and mineral fertilization and the addition of bioinput. The experiment was carried out in the experimental area of the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Mato Grosso, Campus Campo Novo do Parecis, in a Latossolo Vermelho Distrófico típico with a clayey texture. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, with four replications and 7 treatments. Of which: T1 - corn monoculture with conventional fertilization; T2 - corn monoculture with biochar; T3 - corn with brachiaria (Urochloa ruziziensis); T4 - corn with sunn hemp (Crotalaria spectabilis); T5 - corn monoculture with organic fertilizer (filter cake); T6 - corn with stylosanthes campo grande (Stylosanthes macrocephala vs Stylosanthes capitata); T7 - corn with Microgeo biological product. The filter cake and biochar were applied manually at a dose of 1.0 Mg ha-1. The cultivation systems did not present differences in productivity. Mixed management systems for corn in the second harvest are viable, as they do not reduce corn productivity and can add improvements to the chemical, physical and biological attributes of the soil over the years.
