PROCURADORIA MUNICIPAL: POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS, ESTADO, GOVERNO, IDEOLOGIA, DIREITO.
O presente trabalho analisa as definições de Procuradorias Municipais e suas relações com conceitos importantes como Estado, Direito, Governo, Ideologia e Políticas Públicas. Procura destacar também as funções que as Procuradorias Municipais não só como os principais intérpretes da linguagem do Estado (Direito), mas também como os garantes e fiscais das funções do Estado Social e Democrático de Direito buscando a concretização da cidadania.

Abstract:
The present work analyzes the definitions of Municipal Prosecutors and their relationship with important concepts such as State, Law, Government, Ideology and Public Policies. It also seeks to highlight the functions that the Municipal Attorneys' Offices not only as the main interpreters of the language of the State (Law), but also as the guarantors and inspectors of the functions of the Social and Democratic State of Law, seeking to achieve citizenship.
