PROCESSOS ÉTICOS EM ENFERMAGEM
A vida em sociedade é regida por normas de convivência social e na enfermagem não é diferente, pois esses profissionais devem seguir normas de cunho civil e as inerentes ao exercício da profissão, a equipe de enfermagem é o maior corpo de trabalho das instituições hospitalares, estando estes profissionais, portanto, mais propícios a cometer infrações durante o exercício da profissão. Cabe aos Conselhos de Enfermagem Federal e Regionais indicar e fiscalizar os assuntos referentes ao exercício profissional e decidir as normas e punições quando as regras são infringidas, bem como, realizar ações a fim de prevenir tais ocorrências. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo de realizar o estudo abordando os Processos Éticos em Enfermagem que emergiu da confirmação de que o conhecimento e saber sobre este assunto são necessários ao futuro enfermeiro. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, disponíveis nas plataformas Lilacs, BVS Bireme e SciELO, selecionados durante o mês de dezembro de 2020, a fim de reunir e sintetizar o conhecimento levantado acerca da temática versada nesta pesquisa. Em cada localidade e CORENs as características são diferentes quanto a origem das denúncias e as categorias denunciadas, tendo em comum as iatrogenias como principal tema de acusações, predominando dentre as denúncias o sexo feminino. Concluiu-se que a suscetibilidade à ocorrência dos erros pelos profissionais da área de enfermagem pode ser justificada pela escassez do conhecimento ético para agir corretamente.

Abstract:
Life in society is governed by norms of social coexistence and in nursing it is no different, as these professionals must follow norms of a civil nature and those inherent to the exercise of the profession, the nursing team is the largest body of work of hospital institutions, being these professionals, therefore, more prone to commit infractions during the exercise of the profession. It is up to the Federal and Regional Nursing Councils to indicate and supervise matters related to professional practice and decide on norms and punishments when the rules are violated, as well as take actions to prevent such occurrences. This research aimed to carry out the study addressing the Ethical Processes in Nursing that emerged from the confirmation that knowledge and knowledge about this subject are necessary for the future nurse. This is an integrative review of the literature, available on the Lilacs, BVS Bireme and SciELO platforms, selected during the month of December 2020, in order to gather and synthesize the knowledge gathered on the topic covered in this research. In each location and CORENs, the characteristics are different regarding the origin of the complaints and the categories denounced, having in common the iatrogenics as the main theme of accusations, predominating among the complaints the female sex. It was concluded that the susceptibility to the occurrence of errors by nursing professionals can be justified by the lack of ethical knowledge to act correctly.
