PROCESSO SAÚDE-DOENÇA QUE ACOMETEM OS DOCENTES NA REALIZAÇÃO DAS ATIVIDADES LABORAIS
O ser humano no decorrer de sua
vida chega a dedicar-se uma grande parte do
seu tempo ao trabalho, trazendo muitas vezes
consequências incompatíveis para a integridade
física, psíquica e social dos trabalhadores. Este
processo patológico é considerado um problema
de Saúde Pública, por se tratar do dano a saúde
do trabalhador em pleno exercício da profissão.
A frente do processo saúde-doença os docentes
podem adquirir várias patologias, dentre ela,
as da mente e as osteomusculares. O referente
trabalho tem como objetivo mostra através de
uma pesquisa na literatura cientifica as principais
causas que levam ao adoecimento dos docentes
no exercício de suas atividades. O presente
estudo foi realizado mediante o método da revisão
integrativa, utilizando as o acesso eletrônico aos
dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), no
período de agosto de 2017 nas seguintes bases
de dados, o Sistema Latino-Americano e do
Caribe em Ciências de Saúde (LILACS), Medical
Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online
(MEDLINE) e Sistema de Base de dados de
enfermagem (BDENF), tendo como descritores,
Doenças ocupacionais e Professor, organizados
pelo operador booleano “AND’’. As doenças da
mente e as osteomusculares foram evidências
no decorrer da pesquisa, sendo apontadas como
as maiores causas de afastamento dos docentes
de suas atividades laborais. Sendo assim foi
proposto investigações que associem os agravos
à saúde em docentes em atividade, sugerindo
uma atenção em particular a esses profissionais
ainda pouco lembrado dentro do contexto escolar
e possíveis medidas de prevenção, tratamento e
políticas públicas voltadas a este temática

Abstract:
Human being, in the course of life,
gets to devote a great deal of his/her time to
work, often bringing consequences incompatible with the physical, psychological and social integrity of workers. This pathological process
is considered a Public Health problem, since it deals with health damage worker in full
exercise of the profession. At the forefront of the health-disease process, teachers can
acquire several pathologies, among them, those of mind and musculoskeletal disorders.
The aim of this work is to show, through scientific literature research, the main causes that
lead to the sickness of teachers in the exercise of their activities. The present study was
carried out by the integrative review method, using the electronic access to data from the
Virtual Health Library (VHL), in the period of August 2017 in the following databases: the
Latin American and Caribbean System of Sciences (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis
and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) and Nursing Database System (BDENF). The
descriptors, Occupational Diseases and Teacher, are organized by the Boolean operator
“AND”. The diseases of mind and musculoskeletal muscles were evidences in the course
of the research being pointed out as the major causes of teachers’ absence from their
work activities. Thus, it was proposed that investigations associate health problems with
active teachers, suggesting a particular attention to these professionals who are just a
little remembered within the school context and also to take possible preventive measures,
treatment and public policies focused on the theme.
