PROCESSO JUDICIAL ELETRÔNICO E O (DES)ACESSO À JUSTIÇA DO IDOSO NO BRASIL
Este artigo propõe uma breve análise acerca do histórico de descaso com os direitos das pessoas idosas e da relevância de se pensar nestes direitos frente ao envelhecimento populacional e a revolução nos sistemas processuais por meio das inovações tecnológicas. A partir dessa análise é apresentado o dilema existente entre os avanços que se deram com a implantação e desenvolvimento do Processo Judicial Eletrônico nos Tribunais de Justiça brasileiros e a relação com a violação do direito de acesso à Justiça de forma autônoma e integral do idoso jurisdicionado. Para concepção desse trabalho foi utilizada uma abordagem qualitativa a partir da técnica de revisão bibliográfica. Por fim, chama-se a atenção às necessárias adequações do sistema, com o objetivo de minimizar as violações do direito ao acesso à Justiça dos idosos jurisdicionados.

Abstract:
This article proposes a brief analysis about the historical disregard for the rights of the elderly, and the relevance of thinking about these rights in the face of population aging and the revolution in through technological innovations. Based on this analysis, the work presents the dilemma between advances that have taken place with Electronic Judicial Process implementation in the Brazilian Courts of Justice and the violation of the right of access to Justice autonomously and integrally to the elderly in the jurisdiction. It was used a qualitative approach based on the literature review technique. Finally, attention is drawn to the necessary adjustments to the system to minimize violations of the right of access to justice for the elderly under jurisdiction.
