Abstract: ABSTRACT: Objective: To describe the work process of a multidisciplinary team in a post-COVID rehabilitation center and the technologies used for health education. Method: A descriptive, cross-sectional study with a qualitative approach, conducted through semi-structured interviews and content analysis with 14 professionals from medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, and speech therapy. Results: The team’s work process was highlighted as a key factor in care quality. Identified weaknesses included the patient referral system, long waiting lists, and limited physical space. The care provided was unanimously considered effective, focusing on improving quality of life. Regarding educational technologies, professionals recognized their importance, mentioned currently used tools, and suggested new ones for implementation. Conclusion: The multidisciplinary team plays a vital role in managing post-COVID-19 patients, ensuring comprehensive and effective care. Additionally, there is a need for expanded health education technologies.
