PROCESSO DE INSTITUCIONALIZAÇÃO DE ADOLESCENTES AUTORES DE ATO INFRACIONAL E SISTEMA SOCIOEDUCATIVO CEARENSE
Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar o processo de institucionalização de adolescentes autores de ato infracional e o sistema socioeducativo cearense a partir das narrativas de conselheiros (as) de direitos. A natureza da pesquisa é qualitativa e adota as técnicas de observação participante e entrevistas semiestruturadas. Esta produção buscou trazer elementos para se pensar e avançar nas discussões referentes à adolescência autora de ato infracional e a situação de “crise” no sistema socioeducativo cearense. Visou compreender como as práticas de um passado repressivo-corretor se (re)constroem nos cotidianos dos centros educacionais cearenses.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the institutionalization process of adolescents who have committed an infraction and the socio-educational system in Ceará based on the narratives of rights counselors. The nature of the research is qualitative and adopts participant observation techniques and semi-structured interviews. This production sought to bring elements to think about and advance in discussions regarding the adolescent who committed an infraction and the situation of “crisis” in the socio-educational system in Ceará. It aimed to understand how the practices of a repressive-corrective past are (re) constructed in the daily lives of educational centers in Ceará.
