PROCESSO DE INSTITUCIONALIZAÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA EM UM INSTITUTO FEDERAL
O presente artigo traz um
aprofundamento do artigo “A Constituição e
o Reconhecimento da Educação a Distância
em um Instituto Federal: os desafios da real
institucionalização”, publicado no XIV Congresso
Brasileiro de Ensino Superior a Distância. Ele
descreve a trajetória de uma instituição federal
para que a Educação a Distância (EaD) fosse
reconhecida e implantada em todos os seus
campi. Para isto, contextualiza-se o cenário
atual do fomento da EaD e como a EaD era vista
originalmente dentro da instituição. Em seguida,
são apresentadas as ações realizadas para
que a EaD se efetivasse dentro dos 17 campi
da instituição de forma autônoma. O objetivo do
trabalho é contribuir para a discussão e a troca
de experiências a fim de que outras instituições
possam vislumbrar possibilidades para além
dos programas de fomento.

Abstract:
The paper brings a deep view
of a previous paper published at XIV High
Distance Learning Brazilian Conference: “The
Creation and Recognition od Distance Learning
in a Federal Institute: the challenges of the real
institutionalization”. It describes the experience
of a federal institution for online learning to be
recognized and implemented in all its campi. For
this, the current scene of the promotion of online
learning is contextualized and how the online
learning was originally seen within the institution.
Next, the actions carried out are presented so
that the online learning is effective within the 17
campus of the institution of autonomous form.
The study goal is to contribute to the discussion
and the exchange of experiences so that other
institutions can see possibilities beyond the
promotion programs.
