PROCESSO DE ENFERMAGEM – SAE ESTUDO DE CASO ALOPÉCIA AREATA UNIVERSAL
A pesquisa desenvolvida trata-se de um estudo de caso sobre Alopécia Areata Universal, embasado na SAE (Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem) e pesquisas bibliográficas. A SAE foi aplicada de forma individualizada, estimulando atitudes positivas no que tange à utilização do Diagnóstico de Enfermagem (DE), no âmbito acadêmico e profissional, com o objetivo de obtenção do cuidado de enfermagem adequado às exigências do caso, garantindo melhora do cliente. Foram utilizados para base de pesquisa o GOOGLE ACADÊMICO, SCIELO e referências bibliográficas, publicados entre os anos de 2002 a 2019. Os achados deste estudo permitiram identificar a qualidade no atendimento através da SAE, com o alcance de algumas das metas propostas para a melhor qualidade de vida da paciente. Observando que é requerido do profissional de enfermagem comprometimento com o conhecimento, além do aprimoramento, por intermédio da utilização de procedimentos científicos baseados em evidências e padronizados no NANDA, NIC e NOC garantindo, dessa forma, maior confiabilidade no processo de sistematização do atendimento de enfermagem e a satisfação dos dois principais atores envolvidos no processo: o enfermeiro e o paciente.

Abstract:
The research developed is a case study on Universal Alopecia Areata, based on (Nursing Care Systematization) and bibliographic research. The NCS was applied individually, stimulating positive attitudes regarding the use of the Nursing Diagnosis (ND), in the academic and professional scope, with the objective of obtaining the nursing care adequate to the requirements of the case, guaranteeing the improvement of the client. ACADEMIC GOOGLE, SCIELO and bibliographic references, published between 2002 and 2019, were used for the research base. The findings of this study allowed to identify the quality of care through NCS, with the achievement of some goals proposed for the best quality of life of the patient. Observing that the nursing professional is required to commit to knowledge, in addition to improvement, through the use of scientific procedures based on evidence and standardized in NANDA, NIC and NOC, thus ensuring greater reliability on the systematization process of nursing care and the satisfaction of two main actors involved in the process: the nurse and the patient.
