PROCESSO DE ENFERMAGEM FUNDAMENTADO NA TEORIA DO AUTOCUIDADO APLICADO EM PACIENTE COM DIABETES MELLITUS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Objetivou-se relatar a experiência
obtida por acadêmicos de enfermagem durante
o Processo de Enfermagem, guiado pelo
referencial teórico do autocuidado de Dorothea
Orem, utilizando as distintas classificações
taxonômicas NANDA, NIC, NOC e CIPE,
aplicadas em paciente com Diabetes mellitus do
tipo I. O presente trabalho trata-se de um relato
de experiência com abordagem qualitativa. O
local de estudo foi um hospital de referência
no interior do Piauí, o qual presta atendimento
24 horas por dia e atende pacientes do próprio
município e cidades circunvizinhas. O período
do estudo foi em maio de 2018, durante a
disciplina de Metodologia da Assistência de
Enfermagem. Os resultados obtidos a partir da
análise dos dados obtidas na Coleta de Dados
e da Evolução de Enfermagem do paciente
foram elencados quatro parâmetros a partir dos
quais se elaborou diagnósticos, intervenções
e resultados de enfermagem através do uso
das classificações taxonômicas. Portanto,
o trabalho possibilitou que acadêmicos de
enfermagem analisassem como a teoria de
Dorothea Orem pode fazer inter-relações e
estar ligada a um paciente portador de uma
patologia específica, e pode-se observar que
as teorias de enfermagem buscam comprovar
os conhecimentos especifico da enfermagem
como forma de melhorar a qualidade da
assistência prestada.

Abstract:
The objective was to report an
experience obtained by nursing nurses during
the Nursing process, guided by the theoretical
reference of Dorothea Orem’s self-care, using
the taxonomic distinctions NANDA, NIC,
NOC and CIPE, applied in patients with type I
diabetes mellitus. The present work is about an
experience report with a qualitative relation. The
study site was a reference hospital in the interior
of Piauí, which provides assistance 24 hours a
day and the patients of the municipality itself and
surrounding cities. The year of the study was in
May of 2018, during the discipline of Nursing
Assistance Methodology. The results obtained from the analysis of the data obtained
in the Data Collection and the Nursing Evolution of the patient, four parameters were
drawn from which nursing diagnoses, interventions and results were elaborated through
the use of taxonomic classifications. Therefore, the work allowed nursing students to
analyze how Dorothea Orem’s theory can interrelate and be linked to a patient with
a specific pathology, and it can be observed that nursing theories seek to prove the
specific knowledge of nursing as a form improve the quality of care provided.
