PROCESSO DE ENFERMAGEM BASEADO NO REFERENCIAL TEÓRICO DA ADAPTAÇÃO DE CALLISTA ROY A PACIENTE COM CIRROSE HEPÁTICA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
relatar a experiência de acadêmicas
de enfermagem na execução do processo de
enfermagem, guiado pela teoria da adaptação,
adotando as taxonomias NANDA, NIC, NOC
e CIPE aplicadas a paciente com cirrose
hepática e complicações associadas. Trata-se
de um relato de experiência com abordagem
qualitativa de graduandas de enfermagem de
uma Instituição de Ensino Superior pública
do Piauí. A elaboração dos diagnósticos,
intervenções e resultados de enfermagem
deu-se a partir da análise do histórico clínico
e usando as taxonomias NANDA-I, NIC, NOC
e CIPE. O estudo foi realizado em um hospital
de referência no interior no estado do Piauí, no
período de outubro de 2018. Como referencial
teórico, utilizou-se a teoria da adaptação de
Callista Roy, que define o indivíduo como
um sistema adaptável frente aos estímulos
ambientais, empregada na disciplina de
Metodologia da Assistência de Enfermagem
de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior pública
no interior do estado. A partir da análise das
informações obtidas do Histórico e da Evolução
de Enfermagem do paciente, foram elencados
cinco parâmetros a partir dos quais elaborou-se
os diagnósticos, intervenções e resultados de
enfermagem mediante o uso particular de cada
taxonomia. O uso de diferentes taxonomias é útil
para padronizar a linguagem dos profissionais
de enfermagem e facilitar sua conduta na
tomada de decisão no cotidiano hospitalar e
em diversas situações que o enfermeiro tem
uma grande responsabilidade na atuação como
mediador na elaboração das estratégias de
cuidado.

Abstract:
report of the experience of nursing academics in the nursing process,
guided by adaptive theory, adopting the NANDA, NIC, NOC and CIPE taxonomies
applied to patients with hepatic cirrhosis and associated complications. This is an
experience report with a qualitative approach of nursing graduates of a Public Higher
Education Institution of Piauí. The elaboration of nursing diagnoses, interventions and
results was based on the analysis of the clinical history and using the taxonomies
NANDA-I, NIC, NOC and CIPE. The study was carried out at a reference hospital
in the interior of the state of Piauí, in the period of October 2018. As a theoretical
reference, the adaptation theory of Callista Roy was used, which defines the individual
as an adaptive system in front of environmental stimuli , employed in the discipline
of Nursing Assistance Methodology of a Public Higher Education Institution within
the state. Based on the analysis of the information obtained from the Nursing History
and Evolution of the patient, five parameters were identified from which the nursing
diagnoses, interventions and results were elaborated through the particular use of
each taxonomy. The use of different taxonomies is useful to standardize the language
of nursing professionals and facilitate their conduct in decision making in the hospital
routine and in several situations that nurses have a great responsibility in acting as
mediator in the elaboration of care strategies.
