PROCESSO DE ENFERMAGEM A PACIENTE ACOMETIDA POR TUBERCULOSE URINARIA
A tuberculose é uma doença causada
na grande parte dos casos pelo Mycobacterium
tuberculosis. Os índices de morbimortalidade
vem aumentando, principalmente nas
regiões subdesenvolvidas, sendo o trato
geniturinário o segundo local extrapulmonar
mais acometido. No envolvimento renal ocorre
formação de granulomas corticais que levam a nefrite intersticial e calcificação. Objetivou-se elencar os principais diagnósticos e
intervenções de enfermagem a paciente acometida por Tuberculose urinária. Tratase de um relato de experiência vivenciado no primeiro semestre de 2018 durante
o estágio curricular obrigatório, realizado no Hospital universitário do Município de
Recife-PE. Os dados foram obtidos através de entrevistas, exames físicos, achados
laboratoriais e clínicos, identificando o estado de saúde do paciente. Foi realizada a
Sistematização de Enfermagem e elencado os principais diagnósticos de enfermagem
de acordo com a NANDA II (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association
International). Por meio da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem foi
possível assistir a paciente de forma holística e humanizada visando uma melhor
qualidade de vida, pois através de um exame físico minucioso é possível constatar
os problemas que necessitam de intervenção e tentar solucioná-los.

Abstract:
Tuberculosis is a disease caused in the majority of cases by the bacteria
Mycobacterium tuberculosis. There has been a rise in the levels of morbity and
mortality, especially in underdeveloped areas, in which the genitourinary tract has been
the second extrapulmonary place more affected. In the renal implication happens the
cortical granuloma formation that leads to interstitial nephritis and calcification. The
goal of this study was to classify the main diagnosis and nurse interventions that has
been applied to patients diagnosed with urinary tuberculosis. This is a experience
report that has been produced in 2018’s first semester, during a mandatory internship
in a School Hospital of Recife – PE. The data was obtained through interviews,
physical exams, clinical and laboratory fidings, identifing the patient’s health state.
The Nursing Care Systematization was accomplished and the main diagnosis were
rated acording to the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association Internacional (
NANDA II). By the execution of the Nursing Care Systematization it was possible to
help the patient in a more humane and complete way, aiming to improve his life quality,
because through the performance of a meticulous physical examination it is possible to
verify the problems that need immediate intervention and try to solve them.
