PROCESO COORDINADO DE FORMACIÓN DE MAESTROS DEL GRADO DE EDUCACIÓN PRIMARIA
El trabajo colaborativo es una técnica que permite desarrollar habilidades y capacidades de trabajo en equipo, sabiendo escuchar las opiniones de las demás personas que lo forman aparte de la propia, así como fomentar la ayuda mutua, todo ello para desarrollar un aprendizaje significativo. Este artículo presenta la estructura y los resultados de un proyecto de trabajo colaborativo a nivel de profesorado universitario del Grado de Educación Primaria de la Universidad de Cádiz para la mejora del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje de las matemáticas. El planteamiento principal del proyecto supone un trabajo de coordinación entre profesores de diferentes asignaturas del área de matemáticas, para utilizar la misma metodología de enseñanza y de evaluación, para un mejor aprendizaje de las matemáticas por parte del alumnado, así como un mayor nivel de compromiso de éste con su propio proceso de aprendizaje. De esta manera el profesorado universitario se retroalimenta de las opiniones, experiencias positivas y negativas, así́ como de las vivencias personales de la vida del docente de los demás miembros del equipo y del alumnado. Lo que pretendemos es promover el diálogo, la comunicación y el asesoramiento mutuo entre iguales para fomentar una enseñanza de mayor calidad. Este proyecto se puso en marcha en el curso 2017/2018 creando las bases, perfilando sus objetivos e introduciendo varias estrategias de enseñanza, cuyos resultados aquí se presentan, haciendo más partícipe al alumnado de su propio proceso de aprendizaje y que seguirá en cursos próximos introduciendo mejoras para crear la sinergia fundamental del proyecto.

Abstract:
Collaborative work is a technique that allows you to develop teamwork skills and abilities, knowing how to listen to the opinions of other people who form it apart from your own, as well as promoting mutual help, all that to develop meaningful learning. This article presents the structure and the results of a project of collaborative work at the level of university professors of the Degree of Primary Education of the University of Cádiz for the improvement of the teaching - learning process of mathematics. The main approach of the project supposes a coordinated work between university professors of different subjects of mathematics area, where the teachers use the same methodology of teaching and evaluation, for better learning of mathematics by students, as well as a higher level of commitment to their own learning process. In this way, the university teachers receive feedback from the opinions, positive and negative, as well as from the personal experiences of the teacher's life from the other team members and the students. Our aim is to promote dialogue, communication and mutual advice among equals to promote higher quality teaching. This project was launched in the 2017/2018 academic year creating the bases, outlining its objectives and introducing several strategies, the results of which are presented here, making students more involved in their own learning process and which will continue in upcoming courses introducing improvements to create the fundamental synergy of the project.
