PROCEDIMENTO OPERACIONAL PADRÃO PARA EXAMES RADIOLÓGICOS REALIZADOS EM LEITOS DE UNIDADES DE INTERNAÇÃO HOSPITALAR
O objetivo do estudo foi investigar a relação de Profissionais das Técnicas Radiológicas com a implementação de procedimento operacional padrão para realização de exames radiológicos em leitos hospitalares, avaliando o impacto da adoção desse documento em seu cotidianos. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória e descritiva que teve como participantes os Profissionais das Técnicas Radiológicas de um hospital público de Santa Catarina. O instrumento de coleta de dados utilizado foi a entrevista semi-estruturada. Na visão dos entrevistados o documento contribui na execução dos exames e corresponde à realidade do procedimento, ainda que parcialmente. Com a introdução do documento alguns profissionais passaram a observar com mais atenção aos cuidados com proteção radiológica ao realizar o exame. Os profissionais também relataram que o documento provocou conscientização de outros profissionais do hospital com relação a priorização a execução dos exames no setor de radiologia. O documento teve uma boa aceitação pelos profissionais, embora não tenha conseguido padronizar totalmente a execução do exame. As mudanças de comportamento provocadas pela implementação do documento demonstraram que ele teve um efeito educativo que resultou em otimização da proteção radiológica na execução dos exames.

Abstract:
The objective of the study was to investigate the relationship of Radiological Technicians with the implementation of a standard operating procedure for performing radiological exams in hospital beds, evaluating the impact of adopting this document in their everyday lives. It is a qualitative, exploratory and descriptive research that had as participants the Professionals of Radiological Techniques of a public hospital of Santa Catarina. The instrument of data collection used was the semi-structured interview. In the view of the interviewees the document contributes to the execution of the exams and corresponds to the reality of the procedure, albeit partially. With the introduction of the document some professionals began to observe more carefully the care with radiological protection during the examination. The professionals also reported that the document provoked awareness of other hospital professionals regarding prioritizing the execution of the exams in the radiology sector. The document was well accepted by practitioners, although it did not manage to fully standardize the examination. The behavioral changes provoked by the implementation of the document demonstrated that it had an educational effect that resulted in optimization of the radiological protection in the execution of the exams.
