PRINCIPAIS PERSPECTIVAS DE REGIMES INTERNACIONAIS MAIN PERSPECTIVES OF INTERNATIONAL REGIMES
Este trabalho sintetiza as perspectivas e conceituações de regimes internacionais constantes da obra Theories of International Regimes de Hasenclever, Mayer e Rittberger, acadêmicos germânicos, na época, docentes da conceituada Universidade de Tübingen, portanto fora do eixo hegemônico anglo-americano que predomina nos estudos das relações internacionais. Sua principal importância reside na identificação de pontos de convergência e, por conseguinte, no esforço, pouco empreendido na literatura especializada, de diálogo entre as distintas correntes do pensamento político internacional. Com esse objetivo, são trazidos entendimentos de alguns pensadores de relações internacionais, em especial, Stephen Krasner, Robert Keohane, e Ruggie e Kratochwil.

Abstract:
This paper synthesizes the perspectives and conceptualizations of international regimes contained in the work Theories of International Regimes by Hasenclever, Mayer and Rittberger, German academics, at the time, professors at the prestigious University of Tübingen, therefore outside the anglo-american hegemonic axis that predominates in international relations studies. Its main importance lies in the identification of points of convergence and, consequently, in the effort, little undertaken in the specialized literature, of dialogue between the distinct currents of international political thought. With this objective, we bring the understandings of some international relations thinkers, in particular, Stephen Krasner, Robert Keohane, and Ruggie and Kratochwil.
