PRINCIPAIS IMPACTOS DO COVID-19 NA SAÚDE DOS MÉDICOS: UMA ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA
A pandemia do coronavírus (COVID-19), que se iniciou em Wuhan na China em dezembro de 2019 e propagou-se pelo mundo nos meses seguintes tornando-se uma pandemia global a partir de março de 2020 o que gerou um grande desafio de saúde pública em todo o mundo. Mas o que significa falar em saúde? Segundo a Organização Mundial da saúde significa pensarmos em equilíbrio a partir do tripé mente, físico e social de um indivíduo. Diante deste contexto, o objetivo neste artigo é analisar os principais impactos do Covid-19 na saúde dos médicos por serem estes os responsáveis pelas decisões que influenciarão na melhoria da saúde do coletivo social. Para desenvolver este estudo partiu-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura seguida de uma análise bibliométrica, descritiva e quantitativa. Como resultado percebeu-se um impacto negativo na saúde mental dos indivíduos que relataram estarem sendo afligidos por alguns transtornos mentais, principalmente ansiedade, depressão, estresse, burnout, fobia ao local de trabalho, tensão de transmissão familiar e autoinfecção.

Abstract:
The coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), which started in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and spread around the world in the following months, becoming a global pandemic from March 2020, generating a great challenge of public health throughout the world. But what does it mean to talk about health? According to the World Health Organization, it means thinking about balance from the tripod of mind, physical and social of a person. Given this context, the objective of this article is to analyze the main impacts of Covid-19 on the health of doctors, as they are responsible for the decisions that influence the improvement of the health of the society. To develop this study, we started with a systematic literature review followed by a bibliometric, descriptive and quantitative analysis. As a result, there was a negative impact on the mental health of those who reported they were going through some mental disorders, especially anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, workplace phobia and tensions of family infection and self-infection.
