PRINCIPAIS FATORES DE DESMAME EM ADOLESCENTES: uma revisão integrativa
A amamentação é um processo que vai além da nutrição da criança, englobando fatores, como: a formação do vínculo entre mãe e filho, desenvolvimento nutricional da criança, a capacidade de se defender de infecções, fazendo bem também à saúde física e mental da mãe. OBJETIVO: Identificar os principais fatores determinantes que levam ao desmame precoce em mães adolescentes. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, artigos disponibilizados nas bases de dados: Medline, Lilacs e BDENF entre 2014 a 2019, tendo como amostragem o levantamento e a análise de títulos e resumos. RESULTADOS: Foram identificados fatores sociais, familiares tendo destaque: inexperiência, e influência negativa de terceiros; e biológicos como, por exemplo, problemas relacionados a mamas como formato de mamilo, aparecimento de fissuras, e problemas relacionados ao bebê, sendo estes os principais motivos que contribuem para o desmame precoce em mães adolescentes. CONCLUSÃO: Pode-se conhecer detalhadamente os principais fatores que levam às jovens mães a desistirem de amamentar seus bebês. Frente a esse problema se percebe a importância de profissionais de saúde, principalmente o de enfermagem, auxiliando e orientando não só essas mães, mas sua rede de suporte, sendo o companheiro, mãe ou familiares em geral

Abstract:
Breastfeeding is a process that goes beyond the child's nutrition, encompassing factors such as: the formation of the bond between mother and child, the child's nutritional development, the child's ability to defend itself from infections, and is also good for the mother's physical and mental health. AIM: To identify the main determinants that lead to early weaning in teen mothers. METHODOLOGY: This is an integrative review, using articles published in databases: Medline, Lilacs and BDENF between 2014 and 2019, sampling the survey and analysis of titles and abstracts. RESULTS: Social, family, and biological factors were identified, such as: inexperience, and the negative influence of others; and biological factors, such as breast-related problems like nipple shape, the appearance of cracks, and problems related to the baby, which are the main reasons that contribute to early weaning in teen mothers. All these information resulted in a table, containing information about the analyzed articles. CONCLUSION: It is possible to know in detail the main factors that lead young mothers to give up breastfeeding their babies. Faced by this problem, we realize the importance of health professionals, especially nurses, helping and guiding not only these mothers, but also their support network, whether it is their partner, mother or family members in general.
