PRINCIPAIS ENFERMIDADES QUE ACOMETEM DOCENTES QUE LECIONAM NO ENSINO SUPERIOR: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
INTRODUÇÃO: Os atuantes do exercício docente vem sofrendo com enfermidades diversas, as quais vem se tornando um problema de saúde de âmbito ergonômico devido aos elevados índices de agravos relacionados a sua execução. OBJETIVO: O estudo objetiva identificar as principais doenças que acometem docentes que lecionam no ensino superior mediante análise de pesquisas atuais e vigentes na literatura científica. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de abordagem quali-quantitativa, caráter exploratório e descritivo, construída por intermédio da base de dados Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS) com os Descritores em Ciência da Saúde (DECS): saúde do trabalhador, docentes e ensino superior. Incluíram-se todos os trabalhos de revistas indexadas na BVS no formato de artigo completo disponível em língua portuguesa e inglesa no período de 2014 a 2018. Foram excluídas as pesquisas não gratuitas, em duplicatas e que em seu título e/ou resumo não contemplaram o conteúdo estudado. Dessa forma, a presente revisão foi realizada com o total de 17 publicações. RESULTADOS: Distintas profissões relatam sobre a temática em discussão estando presentes desde áreas das ciências da saúde a ciências humanas, representando atuação multiprofissional sobre a temática. Constata-se diversas enfermidades relacionadas a prática docente, estando as relacionadas a saúde mental, em especial, a Síndrome de Burnout e doenças osteomusculares como as mais incidentes dentro dessa ocupação profissional. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: Evidencia-se a importância de realizar estudos sobre a temática em questão, visto representar um problema de saúde que vem elevando seus índices e comprometendo a qualidade de vida ocupacional daqueles que formam novos profissionais.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Teachers are suffering from various diseases, which has become an ergonomic health problem due to the high levels of problems related to its performance. OBJECTIVE: The study aims to identify the main diseases that affect teachers who teach in higher education by analyzing current and current research in the scientific literature. METHODOLOGY: This is an integrative review of qualitative and quantitative approach, exploratory and descriptive, built through the database Virtual Health Library (VHL) with the Descriptors in Health Science (DECS): occupational health, teachers and higher education. All articles of journals indexed in the VHL in full article format available in Portuguese and English in the period from 2014 to 2018 were included. Non-free duplicate searches were excluded, and their title and / or abstract did not include studied content. Thus, this review was performed with a total of 17 publications. RESULTS: Different professions report on the subject under discussion, being present from areas of health sciences to human sciences, representing multiprofessional performance on the subject. There are several diseases related to teaching practice, being related to mental health, especially Burnout Syndrome and musculoskeletal diseases as the most incident within this professional occupation. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: It is evident the importance of conducting studies on the subject in question, as it represents a health problem that has been increasing its rates and compromising the occupational quality of life of those who form new professionals.
