PREVALÊNCIA DE DORES OSTEOMUSCULARES RELACIONADOS AO TRABALHO E SUA INFLUENCIA NA QUALIDADE DE VIDA EM TECNICOS DE ENFERMAGEM NA FUNDAÇÃO HOSPITALAR SANTA TEREZINHA - ERECHIM-RS.
Com o passar dos anos, observou
se um aumento significativo de dores
osteomusculares relacionado ao trabalho,
afetando a qualidade de vida do profissional,
gerando um maior nível de afastamento ao
trabalho. Nesse contexto, as condições de
trabalho dos profissionais de enfermagem no
Brasil são cada vez mais desafiadoras, devido
à falta de recursos, acarretando sobrecarga
desses profissionais em seu ambiente de
trabalho, o que leva ao aparecimento de diversas
patologias, sejam elas físicas ou psíquicas.
Pensando nisso o presente estudo teve
como objetivo verificar a ocorrência de dores
osteomuscalares relacionadas ao trabalho,
identificar as regiões do corpo que mais são
afetadas e a qualidade de vida dos técnicos
de enfermagem da Fundação Hospitalar
Santa Terezinha no município de Erechim-RS,
através de questionários aplicados sobre dor
e qualidade de vida. A amostra foi composta
por 143 técnicos de enfermagem de todos os
setores do hospital, destes 10,5% eram do
sexo masculino e 89,5% do sexo feminino. Os
resultados do presente estudo demostraram
56,6% apresentam dor crônica, 29,4% dor aguda
e apenas 14% ausência de dor, sendo a região
mais a acometida a região lombar, cervical
e ombros. Destes profissionais mais de 75%
afirmaram que suas dores são relacionadas ao
trabalho, quanto a qualidade de vida foi possível
constatar que o domínio físico foi o que obteve
a menor pontuação. Contudo, os resultados
evidenciam que os técnicos de enfermagem
apresentam dores osteomusculares, o que vem
a influenciar na sua qualidade de vida e no seu
trabalho.

Abstract:
With the passing of the years, a significant increase in musculoskeletal
pain related to work was observed, affecting the quality of life of the professional,
generating a higher level of distance from work. In this context, the working conditions
of nursing professionals in Brazil are increasingly challenging, due to the lack of
resources, resulting in the overload of these professionals in their work environment,
which leads to the appearance of several pathologies, whether physical or psychic.
The present study aimed to verify the occurrence of work-related osteomuscalar pain,
to identify the regions of the body that are most affected and the quality of life of the
nursing technicians of the Santa Terezinha Hospital Foundation in the city of Erechim-
RS, through applied questionnaires on pain and quality of life. The sample consisted
of 143 nursing technicians from all sectors of the hospital, of whom 10.5% were male
and 89.5% female. The results of the present study showed that 56.6% had chronic
pain, 29.4% had acute pain and only 14% had no pain. The region was most affected
by the lower back, neck and shoulders. Of these professionals more than 75% stated
that their pains are related to work, as for the quality of life it was possible to verify that
the physical domain was the one that obtained the lowest score. However, the results
show that nursing technicians have musculoskeletal pain, which influences their quality
of life and their work.
