PRESENÇA DE FAIXAS RETRORREFLETIVAS LATEIRAIS E TRASEIRAS EM TRATORES AGRÍCOLAS NOVOS
O trator agrícola é projetado para o trabalho em campo, onde é empregado em diversas operações agrícolas. Porém, podem ocorrer deslocamentos entre os locais produtivos, e para isso torna-se necessário fazer o uso de rodovias. Visto que o sistema de rodovias é o principal meio de transporte de cargas e de passageiros no país, tornar o trator agrícola visível quando trafegar nas vias públicas direciona a redução de acidentes. Para isso, existem resoluções do CONTRAN que determinam equipamentos obrigatórios, dentre eles as faixas retrorrefletivas. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar a presença das faixas retrorrefletivas laterais e traseiras nos tratores agrícolas novos, de acordo com a Resolução CONTRAN N°454 (2013) e a Resolução CONTRAN N°643 (2016). A verificação ocorreu em 28 modelos de tratores, de 6 marcas distintas, por meio de inspeção visual. Os resultados indicam que as faixas retrorrefletivas laterais ou traseiras não estão presentes na totalidade de tratores avaliados, havendo uma desuniformidade de aplicação por parte dos fabricantes de tratores agrícolas. Este fato pode estar relacionado com a ocorrência de acidentes com tratores agrícolas no tráfego em vias públicas.

Abstract:
The agricultural tractor is designed for field work, where it is employed in various operations. However, there may be transition between productive sites, being necessary to use highways. Since the highway system is the main means of freight and passengers transportation in the country, make the agricultural tractor visible when traveling on highways directs the reduction of accidents. For this, there are resolutions of the CONTRAN that determine mandatory equipment, among them the retro-reflectors. The objective of this study was to verify the presence of the lateral and rear retro-reflectors in the new agricultural tractors, according to CONTRAN Resolution N ° 454 (2013) and N ° 643 (2016). The verification occurred through visual inspection.in 28 tractor models, of 6 different brands. The results indicate that the retro-reflectors are not present in the totality of evaluated tractors, and there is a lack of application uniformity by the agricultural tractors manufacturers. This fact may be related to the occurrence of accidents with tractors in traffic.
