Atualmente os direitos relativos à

manifestação de pensamento ganharam grande

repercussão, inclusive passando a ter uma

grande efetividade no ordenamento jurídico, não

só do Brasil, ensejando questionamentos se tais

direitos e garantias chegaram ao ápice de sua

aplicabilidade. Porém, convém demonstrar que,

todos esses direitos e garantias relacionados à

liberdade de pensamento, sofreram ao longo

da história uma grande evolução. Dessa forma,

foi realizado um estudo sobre os antecedentes

relativos aos direitos de manifestação de

pensamento. Para entender o funcionamento

atual de tais garantais, a melhor forma é

estudar toda sua evolução ao longo da história,

destacando os principais pontos, traçando um

paralelo entre como esses direitos e garantias

eram efetivados antigamente, além de quais

foram os principais fatos que possibilitaram o

seu desenvolvimento, e como são efetivados

atualmente.

Abstract:
At present, the rights related

to the manifestation of thought have gained

great repercussion, including having a great

effectiveness in the juridical order, not only

in Brazil, raising questions if these rights and

guarantees reached the apex of their applicability.

However, it should be demonstrated that all

these rights and guarantees related to freedom

of thought have undergone great evolution

throughout history. Thus, a study was carried

out on the antecedents related to the rights of

manifestation of thought. To understand the

current functioning of such guarantors, the best

way is to study all of their evolution throughout

history, highlighting the main points, drawing

a parallel between how these rights and

guarantees were effective before, in addition to

what were the main facts that made possible the

their development, and how they are currently

being implemented.
