PRAZER E SOFRIMENTO NA EMERGÊNCIA PEDIÁTRICA
Objetivo: relatar a experiência relacionada as atividades laborais dos trabalhadores de enfermagem de um Hospital Pediátrico acerca de suas vivências de prazer e sofrimento no trabalho. Método: trata-se de um estudo descritivo exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa, do tipo relato de experiência, realizado em um hospital infantil de um município do Sul do Brasil, no período de 2017 a 2019. Resultado: os dados obtidos por meio da literatura e da observação, foram divididas em prazer e sofrimento. No prazer destacou-se a construção de vínculo com as crianças e familiares, principalmente pela enfermagem ser em sua maioria mulheres, o reconhecimento por parte dos pacientes, familiares, chefias e administração, e a alegria que as recreações lúdicas proporcionam não só para as crianças, a grandiosidade do trabalho, em salvar vidas e gostar de trabalhar com esse público distinto. No sofrimento destacam-se os sentimentos de impotência, desânimo, insatisfação, tristeza relacionados a grande demanda por atendimentos e superlotação do serviço, da adaptação a protocolos que muitas vezes não condizem com a realidade do serviço, falta de reconhecimento por parte das famílias, equipe, chefias, médicos, a violência infantil tanto sexual quanto familiar, a morte e por fim por associarem tudo isso a seus entes queridos (filhos, sobrinhos, familiares). Considera-se que mudanças de condutas podem permitir uma melhor forma de lidar e transformar os fatores geradores de sofrimento e potencializar os sentimentos de prazer aos trabalhadores na emergência pediátrica.

Abstract:
Objective: to report the experience related to the work activities of nursing workers at a Pediatric Hospital about their experiences of pleasure and suffering at work. Method: this is an exploratory descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, of the experience report type, carried out in a children's hospital in a municipality in the south of Brazil, from 2017 to 2019. Result: the data obtained through the literature and observation, were divided into pleasure and suffering. In pleasure, the construction of bonds with children and family members was highlighted, mainly because the nursing team is mostly women, the recognition by patients, family members, managers and administration, and the joy that recreational recreations provide not only for children, the grandeur of the work, in saving lives and enjoying working with this distinguished audience. In suffering, the feelings of impotence, discouragement, dissatisfaction, sadness related to the great demand for care and overcrowding of the service, the adaptation to protocols that often do not match the reality of the service, lack of recognition on the part of the families, the team stand out. bosses, doctors, child violence, both sexual and family, death and finally for associating all this with their loved ones (children, nephews, family members). It is considered that changes in behavior can allow a better way to deal with and transform the factors that generate suffering and potentiate the feelings of pleasure for workers in the pediatric emergency.
