PRAZER E SOFRIMENTO DOCENTE NA DOCÊNCIA UNIVERSITÁRIA: UMA REVISÃO TEÓRICA NA PERSPECTIVA DA PSICODINÂMICA DO TRABALHO
a atividade docente tem sido
amplamente discutida por inúmeros fatores que
derivam desde a sua representatividade social
até as repercussões causadas pelo ambiente
laboral na subjetividade de cada indivíduo. A
reconfiguração do mundo do trabalho exige
novas formas de reconstituir-se docente,
obrigando os profissionais a ressignificar as
suas atuações e seu exercício de trabalho.
Assim, este estudo objetiva apresentar
reflexões acerca de situações que suscitam o
prazer no trabalho docente, bem como as que
provocam seu sofrimento, analisando essa
relação a partir de uma revisão de literatura e
de pensamentos oriundos da Psicodinâmica
do Trabalho. A literatura sinaliza para a
singularidade na compreensão e vivências
de prazer e sofrimento no trabalho, sendo o
trabalho docente intensamente permeado por
ambos, o que requer investigações contínuas e
investimentos em ações que promovam o olhar
de forma integral para o trabalhador/docente,
bem como para seu ambiente e condições de
trabalho.

Abstract:
a teaching activity has been
widely discussed by numerous factors that
derive from its social representativeness until as
repercussions caused by the work environment
in the subjectivity of each individual. The
reconfiguration of the world of work requires
new ways of becoming a teacher, forcing
professionals to re-signify their actuations and
their work. Thus, this study aims to present
reflections about situations that provoke pleasure
in teaching work, as well as those that cause
their suffering, analyzing this relationship from a
literature review and from the Psychodynamics
of Work. Literature signals to the singularity in the
understanding and experiences of pleasure and
suffering in the work, being the teaching work
intensely permeated by both, which requires
continuous investigations and investments in
actions that promote a comprehensive look at
the worker / teacher, as well as for their environment and working conditions.
