PRÁTICAS INTEGRATIVAS E COMPLEMENTARES: AS FORÇAS DO CUIDADO E DA SAÚDE EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA
Este ensaio teórico-conceitual tem como objetivo contribuir para divulgação do conhecimento acerca das Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em Saúde (PICS) como forças de cuidado e autocuidado para produção de saúde e bem-estar, diante do cenário desafiador imposto à humanidade pela pandemia mundial. A fragilidade humana, frente às enfermidades e às demais dificuldades existenciais que permeiam o mundo, estreitou a relação com os aprendizados estabelecidos pelas diversas forças da natureza ao lado da tecnologia do cuidado, no sentido de promover saúde. As PICS, como modelo tecno-assistencial, geram a construção de um caminho a ser percorrido por forças da saúde que se dá no território existencial como recurso potente de criação, de vida, de produção de si e de interseção com o outro. Na era pós-pandêmica, espera-se que as propostas de mudanças, para um “novo estar no mundo”, sejam como um universo organizado em função da vida, centro do cuidado e autocuidado da pessoa para o bem viver.

Abstract:
This conceptual essay aims to contribute to the dissemination of knowledge of Integrative and Complementary Health Practices (PICS, Portuguese initials). They are forces of care and self-care that produce health and well-being in the challenging scenario imposed on humanity by the world pandemic. In face of infirmities and other existential difficulties that permeate the world, human fragility has narrowed the relationship with learning established by the various forces of nature alongside the technology of care for health promotion. As a techno-assistance model, PICS generate the construction of a path to be followed by health forces. It takes place in the existential territory as a potent resource for creation, life, self-production, and intersection with another. In a post-pandemic era, the proposals for change for a "new being in the world", are expected to be like a universe organized according to life, the center of care, and a person's self-care for good living.
