Diante tantas mudanças

organizacionais, principalmente na área da

saúde, fica clara a necessidade de inovações

no que se refere à gestão, levando a busca de

conhecimentos e aplicações novas práticas

gerenciais. O principal objetivo deste estudo

foi identificar as principais práticas gerenciais

utilizadas na área da saúde através de uma

revisão integrativa. A busca dos artigos foi

realizada nos últimos 10 anos, através das

seguintes bases de dados: Scientific Eletronic

Library Online (Sacie-lo), Biblioteca Virtual em

Saúde (Bireme) e PubMed, sendo localizados

70 estudos e por não contemplarem os critérios

de inclusão foram selecionados apenas 08

artigos. Dentre os principais achados desta

pesquisa foram: liderança, comunicação,

planejamento e trabalho em equipe. O presente

estudo evidencia que todas as ferramentas

apresentadas são relevantes e necessárias

para um desenvolvimento e tomada de decisões

dentro de uma empresa, especificamente em

um serviço de saúde. Pois trata-se de uma

organização diferenciada, por ter como foco

principal a saúde do paciente e o bem estar

da população, por isso a grande importância

da capacitação do gestor em saber lidar com

situações delicadas e de resolução rápida e

eficaz, envolvendo toda a equipe dentro de

todas as limitações a serem enfrentadas.

Abstract:
Faced with so many organizational

changes, especially in the area of health, is clear,

needs innovations, is not what is a management

report, leading to the pursuit of knowledge and

applications new managerial practices. The main

objective of this study was to identify as main

management practices in the health area through an integrated review. The Electronic

Electronic Sciarrão Online (SciELO), Virtual Health Library (Bireme) and PubMed, being

located 70 studies and not to contemplate the inclusion criteria were selected only 08

articles. Among the main findings of the research: leadership, communication, planning

and teamwork. The present study shows that all the presented tools are important and

necessary for a development and decision making within the company, specifically in a

health service. Because it is a differentiated organization, having as its main focus the

patient’s health and wellbeing of the population, so a great importance of the manager’s

ability to deal with situations outlined and to resolve quickly and effectively, involving a

whole team within all the limitations to be faced.
