PRÁTICAS EDUCATIVAS PARA ENFERMEIROS EM SERVIÇO DE EMERGÊNCIA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
O objetivo deste trabalho é extrair por meio da revisão integrativa excertos que ofereçam subsídios para descrição de um roteiro pedagógico baseado em evidências com marcadores teóricos, para elaboração de programas educativos para a atuação dos enfermeiros no setor de emergência. O levantamento foi feito em bases de dados on-line, dados da Literatura da America Latina e Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS); Base de Dados Enfermagem (BDENF) e da baseMedical LiteratureAnalysisandRetrieval System Online (MEDLINE), utilizando-se de descritores que resultaram na seleção de 07 artigos. Posteriormente foi realizadaa análise dos artigos, categorização e discussão com foco na elaboração de programas educativos para a atuação dos enfermeiros no setor emergência. Justifica-se essa pesquisa a partir do pressuposto de que atualmente várias são as lacunas encontradas na formação do enfermeiro para atuação em emergência, bem como, a escassa capacitação contínua durante sua prática enquanto enfermeiro emergencista.

Abstract:
This paper extract, through integrative review, excerpts that offer subsidies for the description of a pedagogical script based on evidences with theoretical markers, for the elaboration of educational programs for nurses in the emergency sector. The databases used wereLatin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS); Nursing Database (BDENF) and the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE), using descriptors that resulted in the selection of 07 articles. It analyzes these 07 articles in four categories and makes the discussion of results focusing on the elaboration of educational programs for nurses in the emergency sector. This research is important to fill some of the gaps found in nursing education for emergency work, as well as the scarce continuing training during their practice as an emergency nurse.
