Modern practices often incorporate educational technologies, competency-based approaches, and participatory methods. It will also address the advantages of Instructional Design, which include personalizing teaching, promoting knowledge retention and adapting to different learning styles, as well as challenges that may arise, such as the need for constant updating due to technological evolution and complexity in measuring the real impact on learning.
