PRÁTICAS DO ENFERMEIRO NA PREVENÇÃO AO CÂNCER DE COLO DE ÚTERO NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA EM SAÚDE
O câncer do colo do útero é uma neoplasia maligna invasiva que se desenvolve a partir de lesões no colo do útero. O objetivo principal deste estudo foi identificar as práticas do Enfermeiro na prevenção ao câncer de colo de útero na Atenção Primária em Saúde. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória-descritiva do tipo qualitativa, o instrumento de coleta de dados utilizado foi um questionário de perguntas abertas. Participaram desta pesquisa onze enfermeiros das Unidades Básicas de Saúde da Família do município de Bela Cruz. Os dados qualitativos adquiridos neste estudo foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo do tipo análise temática proposta por Minayo. Esta pesquisa respeitou os princípios éticos da Resolução n° 466/12, do Conselho Nacional de Saúde - Ministério da Saúde (MS) e foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa do Centro Universitário INTA – UNINTA. A partir da análise das informações obtidas, observou-se que as estratégias de captação consistem predominantemente em ações de busca ativa realizada pelos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS), somadas à utilização de práticas de educação em saúde e o fornecimento de transporte para mulheres que moram distante das unidades de atendimento. Identificou-se ainda que o auxílio dos ACS nas visitas domiciliares, a coleta semanal do exame preventivo e a presença de material de qualidade são os principais fatores facilitadores da assistência, ao passo que sentimentos como medo, constrangimento e insegurança somados à demora no atendimento e no recebimento dos resultados do exame podem ser classificados como os principais fatores restritivos. Neste contexto, destaca-se a necessidade de aprimorar e intensificar as ações de educação em saúde, investir na ampliação da estrutura física das salas onde são realizadas a coleta do exame Papanicolau e implementar a flexibilização dos horários de atendimento.

Abstract:
Cervical cancer is an invasive malignancy that develops from lesions in the cervix. The main objective of this study was to identify the Nurses' practices in the prevention of cervical cancer in Primary Health Care. This is an exploratory-descriptive qualitative research, the data collection instrument used was a questionnaire with open questions. Eleven nurses from Basic Family Health Units in the city of Bela Cruz participated in this research. The qualitative data acquired in this study were submitted to content analysis of the thematic analysis type proposed by Minayo. This research complied with the ethical principles of Resolution No. 466/12, of the National Health Council - Ministry of Health (MS) and was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the INTA University Center – UNINTA. From the analysis of the information obtained, it was observed that the capture strategies predominantly consist of active search actions carried out by the Community Health Agents (ACS), added to the use of health education practices and the provision of transportation for women who live far from the service units. It was also identified that the help of the ACS in home visits, the weekly collection of the preventive exam and the presence of quality material are the main facilitating factors of care, while feelings such as fear, embarrassment and insecurity added to the delay in care and in receiving the test results can be classified as the main restrictive factors. In this context, there is a need to improve and intensify health education actions, invest in expanding the physical structure of the rooms where the Papanicolaou test is collected and implement the flexibility of service hours.
