PRÁTICAS DE REINTEGRAÇÃO SOCIAL NO BRASIL: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
Em território nacional, o contexto prisional tem se mostrado um grande problema. Historicamente, marcado por coercitividade e punição, as prisões foram sendo modificadas em busca de cuidados humanizados e ressocialização dos encarcerados. Ainda que, com modificações, o viés estruturante se mantém com negligência e violência em relação aos prisioneiros. Destacam-se as falhas, as quais proporcionam a piora do sistema conforme o passar dos anos e, com isso, a manutenção de estigmas sociais e marginalização dos povos. Em meio a este cenário, buscam-se formas de superação de sua concretude histórica com a elaboração do conceito de Reintegração Social. Este conceito possibilita o cuidado de forma ampla e multidisciplinar para com o indivíduo encarcerado e sua família, a fim de viabilizar a reinserção deste em sociedade e mercado de trabalho, melhores condições de vida e diminuição da reincidência em instituições prisionais. Porém, há autores que comentam a inviabilização da reintegração social na forma atual do sistema prisional. Neste sentido, uma revisão sistemática de literatura foi elaborada com o objetivo de investigar práticas positivas efetivadas nas prisões brasileiras, que demonstrem a implementação da reintegração social. A pesquisa ocorreu por meio das bases de dados Lilacs (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), PubMed, Pepsic (Periódicos Eletrônicos em Psicologia), Index Psi, Scielo (Scientific Electronic Library Online), PBI-USP (Portal de Buscas Integradas da Universidade de São Paulo) e REDIB (Rede Ibero-Americana) com o esquema de palavras: (Penitentiary Or Prisoners) And (Intervention Or Education Or Reintegration Or Recovery Or Strategies). A partir disso, 18 artigos foram encontrados com uma variabilidade de áreas aplicadas no contexto prisional. No entanto, o pequeno número de resultados demonstra um grande déficit de intervenções dentro do sistema penitenciário brasileiro, bem como a reintegração social como meta idealizada e inviabilizada de ser alcançada em totalidade no Brasil.

Abstract:
In national territory, the prison context has been a big problem. Historically, marked by coercivity and punishment, prisons have been changing in search of humanized care and resocialization of inmates. Even so, with modifications, the structuring bias remains with negligence and violence in relation to prisoners. It highlights the flaws in which the system worsens over the years and, with that, the maintenance of social stigmas and the marginalization of peoples. In the midst of this scenario, ways are sought to overcome its historical concreteness with the elaboration of the concept of Social Reintegration. This concept makes it possible to provide comprehensive and multidisciplinary care to the incarcerated individual and to the family, in order to enable the reinsertion of this subject in society and in the labor market, better living conditions and a reduction in recidivism in prison institutions. However, there are authors who comment on the impossibility of social reintegration in the way the prison system is doing. In this sense, a systematic literature review was prepared with the aim of investigating the positive practices carried out in Brazilian prisons that show the implementation of social reintegration. The research took place through the databases Lilacs (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences), PubMed, Pepsic (Electronic Journals in Psychology), Index Psi, Scielo (Scientific Electronic Library Online), PBI-USP (Portal of Integrated Research of the University of São Paulo) and REDIB (Ibero-American Network) with the word scheme: (Penitentiary Or Prisoners) And (Intervention Or Education Or Reintegration Or Recovery Or Strategies). From this, 18 articles were found with a variability of areas applied in the prison context. However, the small number of results demonstrates a great deficit of interventions in the Brazilian penitentiary system, as well as social reintegration as an idealized and unfeasible goal to be fully achieved in Brazil.
