Abstract: This article arises from the desire to analyze, reflect upon, understand, and discuss how the perspective of multiliteracies significantly contributes to text production in the Moodle virtual learning environment. It aims to reflect on the strategies used by students in the construction of academic texts in the Moodle virtual learning environment. It is important to understand how the production of these texts in the virtual learning environment contributes to students' (multi)academic literacies in Distance Education and to discuss the interaction of students with various language cultures that contribute to the formation of hyperliterate individuals in a cybercultured society. By analyzing the initial training of these future teachers involved in Distance Education, we reflect on the practices of (multi)literacies present in the Moodle virtual learning environment, understanding the importance of this action in promoting critical reflection on the modes of writing of discursive genres belonging to the academic sphere, based on the attribution of meanings to the multiple languages and semiotics present in these pedagogical activities.
