Abstract: This article sought to analyze and discuss the applications of pedagogical practices developed in the biology discipline in Emergency Remote Education in Pernambuco, seeking to contribute significantly to their improvement. For the development of this study, we opted for a qualitative research, with a bibliographical research approach, as it focuses on secondary materials, already analyzed, thus, the technique used for data collection was based on the perspective of systematic review of the literature, the locus of research was in the Google Scholar databases and the subject of the study, the works that cover the topic of Pedagogical practices and biology, finally, data analysis, were systematized and categorized through document analysis. The results achieved in this research were relevant, showing the pedagogical practices developed and the challenges faced by education professionals. The articles analyzed were extremely important for compressing and contributing to the information.
