PRÁTICAS AMBIENTAIS EM UMA COOPERATIVA AGROPECUÁRIA À LUZ DA PRODUÇÃO MAIS LIMPA
O presente estudo está inserido no contexto da Gestão Ambiental
Empresarial com a aplicação da ferramenta Produção Mais Limpa (P+L), enquanto
alternativa de mitigação dos danos sociais e ambientais ocasionados pelas
indústrias, em especial do setor de laticínios, escolhendo como objeto de pesquisa
uma unidade de beneficiamento de leite e fabricação de produtos lácteos de uma
cooperativa. Como objetivo principal buscou-se avaliar as práticas ambientais
utilizadas pela cooperativa e a que Nível de P+L estas corresponde. Como método
se utilizou de um estudo de caso, na aplicação da metodologia do Centro Nacional
de Tecnologias Limpas - CNTL-SENAI. Como eixo norteador do estudo foram
identificadas as Práticas ambientais propostas por Maganha (2006), bem como a
identificação dos Níveis de P+L (CNTL) que tais práticas correspondem. Como
resultados, das 27 Práticas Ambientais elencadas no check-list aplicado, 13 foram
identificadas, representando um nível médio de utilização, e que tais práticas, em
sua maioria, se relacionam ao Nível 1 de P+L: Minimização de Resíduos e Emissões
com Redução na Fonte.

Abstract:
The present study is inserted in the context of Corporate Environmental
Management with the application of the Cleaner Production (P + L) tool, as an
alternative to mitigate the social and environmental damages caused by industries,
especially in the dairy sector, choosing as research object a dairy processing and
dairy processing unit. The main objective was to evaluate the environmental practices
used by the cooperative and to which level of P + L these correspond. As a method was used a case study, in the application of the methodology of the National Center
for Clean Technologies - CNTL-SENAI. The Environmental Practices proposed by
Maganha (2006) were identified as the guiding principle of the study, as well as the
identification of the Levels of P + L (CNTL) that these practices correspond to. As a
result, of the 27 Environmental Practices listed in the checklist applied, 13 were
identified, representing an average level of utilization, and that these practices, for
the most part, relate to Level 1 of P & L: Minimization of Residues and Emissions with
Reduction at Source.
