PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA: RECONHECIMENTO DA DIVERSIDADE CULTURAL NO CONTEXTO ESCOLAR
O artigo aborda sobre a importância da escola incluir no processo de
ensino e aprendizagem práticas educativas que foquem na diversidade cultural
enquanto um legado dos sujeitos sociais, por meio de ações didáticas pedagógicas
e interdisciplinares para promover dentro do espaço escolar diálogos sobre a riqueza
da diversidade cultural presente no interior da escola. O trabalho destaca sobre a
importância em construir uma consciência coletiva de respeito e valorização das
diferenças culturais, através do relato da experiência do Projeto As regiões
brasileiras: uma diversidade cultural realizado em 2017 na turma do 3º ano do
ensino fundamental I em uma escola pública do município da Serra no Espírito Santo.
Faz-se uma discussão sobre o reconhecimento da diversidade cultural dos sujeitos
para a afirmação da identidade cultural dos indivíduos. O objetivo é analisar a
influência da cultura local na constituição da cultura dos sujeitos, a partir do relato
dos alunos do 3º ano séries iniciais que participaram do projeto. Utilizou-se como
procedimento metodológico a revisão bibliográfica e o relato da experiência. Na
discussão teórica foram utilizados os conceitos de lugar, espaço, diversidade
cultural, e prática educativa. Conclui-se que, é na educação básica que os indivíduos
adquirem o entendimento, do respeito às diferenças culturais e sociais, por isso a
importância da instituição escolar promover espaços de discussão e, implementação
de ações voltadas ao diálogo e a valorização da cultura dos sujeitos sociais e do
legado cultural do lugar em que estão inseridos.

Abstract:
The article discusses the importance of the school to include in the
process of teaching and learning educational practices that focus on cultural diversity
as a legacy of social subjects, through pedagogical and interdisciplinary didactic
actions to promote dialogues on the richness of cultural diversity present inside the
school. The work highlights the importance of building a collective awareness of
respect and appreciation of cultural differences, through the report of the experience
of the Project The Brazilian regions: a cultural diversity held in 2017 in the class of
the 3rd year of elementary school I in a public school of the municipality of Serra in
Espírito Santo. There is a discussion about the recognition of the cultural diversity of
the subjects for the affirmation of the cultural identity of the individuals. The objective
is to analyze the influence of the local culture on the constitution of the subjects'
culture, based on the report of the students of the 3rd year of the initial series who
participated in the project. The bibliographic review and the experience report were
used as methodological procedure. In the theoretical discussion, the concepts of
place, space, cultural diversity, and educational practice were used. It is concluded
that it is in basic education that individuals acquire understanding, respect for
cultural and social differences, so the importance of the school institution to promote
spaces for discussion and implementation of actions aimed at dialogue and
appreciation of the subject's culture social and cultural legacy of the place in which
they are.
