Abstract:
The purpose of the experience presented is to demonstrate the importance of developing practical actions in the classroom, especially in professional education, that portray the work environment and aimed at stimulating students and integrating them into the practice of issues that people management, a discipline in which the experience was proposed. The objective of this was to develop a recruitment and selection dynamic with high school students as a target audience, integrated to the Technological Management and Business Axis, of the Technical Course in Administration of the Fluminense Federal Institute Campus Santo Antônio of Padua. The importance of the same is the fact of translating in a practical way the knowledge of People Management worked in the classroom. Its development, with the participation of servers (administrative technicians and teachers) and 20 students from that campus, the data were collected in four meetings of two hours each. The results portrayed a scenario in which the interaction demonstrated significant advances in educational practice. It was concluded that it is relevant to provide students with professional experiences, based on actions present in the course curriculum, and the significance of People Management in the career of Management Technicians.
