Prácticas externas: una visión desde el tutor
Este capítulo apresenta uma pesquisa descritiva voltada para tutores externos. Recolher a informação do seu ponto de vista e, desta forma, obter uma primeira aproximação das necessidades e satisfações, e da relação existente com a entidade organizadora. Os estágios externos consolidam-se cada vez mais como um elemento essencial na formação dos alunos nas diferentes etapas educativas, tanto na universidade como nos ciclos de formação. A relevância dessas práticas reside em aproximar a teoria das disciplinas ministradas ao longo do ano letivo ao contexto da especialidade. No final do estágio, foi enviado um questionário ad-hoc online aos tutores externos. Eles valorizam sua satisfação como tutores em 4 em 5, e satisfação com os alunos em 4 e 5 em 5, 75%. A colaboração com a entidade organizadora é avaliada por 50% dos tutores em 2 em 5, embora 2/3 considerem que receberam informação para acompanhamento do período de estágio. Portanto, é de notar que 100% dos tutores comentam que em nenhum caso a entidade organizadora os contactou, e todos consideram necessário a realização de um calendário de estágios. As conclusões desta pesquisa são que o tutor considera que deve ser iniciado um processo de comunicação com a entidade organizadora visto que no momento não existe, bem como disponibilizar um guião com os objetivos e competências que devem ser desenvolvidos, bem como atividades para o completar treinamento de alunos.

Abstract:
This communication presents descriptive research focused on external tutors. It seeks to collect information from their point of view and get a first approximation of the needs and satisfactions, and the existing relationship with the organizing entity. External practices are increasingly being consolidated as an essential element in the training of students in different educational stages, both university and training cycles. The relevance of these practices lies in bringing the theory of the subjects given throughout the academic year to a specific context of the specialty. At the end of the internship period, an ad-hoc on-line questionnaire was sent to external tutors. The tutors value their satisfaction as tutors in 4 out of 5, and the satisfaction with the students of 4 and 5 out of 5, 75%. The collaboration with the organizing entity is valued by 50% of the tutors in 2 out of 5; although 2/3 consider that they have received the information for the follow-up of the internship period. It stands out, for that reason that 100% of the tutors comment that in no case the organizing entity has contacted them, and all of them consider it necessary to carry out an internship calendar. The conclusions of this investigation that the tutor considers that a communication process with the organizing entity should be initiated since at present it does not exist, as well as providing a script with objectives and competences that must be developed, and also activities to complete that training of the students.
