PRÁCTICAS ANTIÉTICAS EN LA INVESTIGACIÓN CIENTÍFICA.
Um grande problema que afeta a produção e a publicação científica são as práticas antiéticas, que representam sérios desvios de conduta e podem ser caracterizadas como um crime, punível com multa e prisão, mas também podem ocorrer devido ao desconhecimento das regras relacionadas. Elas estão se tornando mais comuns com o advento de editoriais que publicam trabalhos sem critérios de verificação adequados, onde a publicação de artigos pseudo-acadêmicos está condicionada ao simples pagamento, representando apenas lucros, sem se preocupar com o conteúdo ou processo metodológico. Do outro lado, há acadêmicos dispostos a pagar para publicar, uma vez que os periódicos científicos de credibilidade têm um árduo processo de revisão por pares, buscando verificar os fundamentos do estudo. As más condutas se intensificaram com o open access, que fundamentalmente tinha o intuito de aumentar a difusão do conhecimento. Por meio de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, este trabalho busca estudar o comportamento de estudantes e cientistas do segmento de engenharia frente as práticas antiéticas, especialmente no Brasil. Para isso, apresenta passagens de leis e regulamentos em vigor no país, relacionadas à proteção de direitos autorais e código de conduta de profissionais de engenharia, e relaciona alguns tipos de práticas antitéticas mais comuns. Também busca identificar as concepções que os estudantes de engenharia têm sobre esse assunto, bem como, quais seriam as motivações que levam estudantes e pesquisadores a cometerem uma conduta antiética. Por fim, cita alguns casos distribuídos entre diferentes tipos de práticas antiéticas.

Abstract:
A grand problem that affects the production and scientific publication are the unethical practices, which represent serious deviations of conduct and can be characterized as a crime, punishable by fine and imprisonment, but can also occur due to ignorance of the related rules. They are becoming more common with the advent of editorials that are publishing works without adequate verification criteria, where the publication of pseudo-academic articles is conditioned to simple payment, representing only profits, without worrying about the content or methodological process. On the other side, there are academics willing to pay to publish, since the credibility scientific journals have an arduous process of peer review, seeking to verify the fundamentals of the study. The bad behaviors intensified with open access, which fundamentally had the purpose of increasing the dissemination of knowledge. Through a bibliographic research, this work seeks to study the behavior of students and scientists in the engineering segment in relation to unethical practices, especially in Brazil. For this, it presents passages of laws and regulations in force in the country, relating to the protection of copyright and code of conduct of engineering professionals, and relates some types of most common antithetical practices. It also seeks to identify the conceptions that engineering students have about this subject, as well as, what would be the motivations that lead students and researchers to commit ethical misconduct. Finally, it cites some cases distributed among different types of unethical practices
