POSSIBILIDADES RESTAURATIVAS PERANTE CASOS DE VIOLÊNCIA FAMILIAR CONTRA IDOSOS.
Estudo multidisciplinar da problemática em torno da possibilidade de acirramento da violência familiar contra idosos durante a pandemia. A pesquisa reside na verificação de que a inusitada situação incita dificuldades que interligadas a desordens de fito econômico tornam factual um aumento dessa violência. Objetiva-se partindo de uma (re)significação do cuidado e convívio familiar, perquirir uma forma de atendimento mais profícuo. Aplicar às medidas contidas nas legislações específicas de combate à violência contra senectos, mais propostas fulcradas na Teoria da Justiça Restaurativa, visando desenvolver e ampliar enfoques ligados a estas práticas de resgate do diálogo no seio familiar.

Abstract:
Multidisciplinary study of the problem surrounding the possibility of worsening family violence against the elderly during the pandemic. The research resides in the verification that the unusual situation incites difficulties that, linked to economic disorders, make an increase in this violence factual. The objective is based on a (re) meaning of care and family life, to seek a more fruitful form of care. Apply to the measures contained in the specific legislation to combat violence against senects, more proposals based on Theory Restorative Justice, aiming to develop and expand approaches related to these practices to rescue dialogue within the family.
