Abstract: The objectives of this study were to identify how and which Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools can be used to assist the School Management process; specifically analyze the benefits and challenges found in using Artificial Intelligence tools for School Management and identify which ones can be used to improve School Management. This is a qualitative research of a bibliographic nature. Among the main results, it was observed that AI has a high potential in solving everyday problems in School Management. These tools have enabled considerable advances in the pedagogical, structural and financial aspects of school administration. It is concluded that, essentially, the implementation of AI in School Management guarantees greater efficiency both in teaching and learning, and in its use to transform education in a significant way, despite the challenges to be overcome.
