POSICIONAMENTO TERAPÊUTICO EM RECÉM-NASCIDOS PRÉTERMOS EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA NEONATAL: IMPLICAÇÕES NA FUNÇÃO RESPIRATÓRIA
Aumentar a sobrevida de prematuros vem sendo o principal objetivo dos profissionais da área neonatal. O posicionamento adequado e mudanças de decúbito, propiciam melhores condições para que essa prematura tenha sucesso em seu tratamento. Esse trabalho tem finalidade de contribuir para a promoção do crescimento e desenvolvimento infantil de um modo geral e do RNPT, e da prestação de cuidados de qualidade, no que concerne ao posicionamento terapêutico, evidenciando o que os estudos têm mostrado acerca dessa temática relacionado a condições respiratórias. Diante disso o presente estudos teve como objetivo realizar uma revisão da literatura das produções científica sobre efeitos da troca de posicionamento na otimização do sistema respiratório do recém- nascidos pré-termos consiste em uma revisão de literatura utilizando as bases de dados Google Acadêmico, Scielo (Scientific Electronic Library Online), PEDro (Physiotherapy Evidence Data base), PubMed Foram utilizados 11 artigos publicados, entre o período de 2000-2020, utilizando as palavras-chave, “posicionamento”, “unidade de terapia intensiva” (UTI), “prematuro”,’Supina’’,’Prona’’, “positioning”, “intensive care unit (ICU) ”, “premature” ’’ Supine’’, ‘’Prone’’. Os métodos de inclusão foram baseados em artigos dentro do período proposto na língua portuguesa e inglesa de interesse para o estudo, ou seja, aqueles que descrevem protocolos relacionados ao uso da mobilização precoce. Exclusão: estudos em adultos, anterior a 2010 e estudos que não abordem a temática.

Abstract:
Increasing the survival of premature infants has been the main objective of professionals in the neonatal area. O adequate positioning and changes in decubitus, provide better conditions for this premature succeed in your treatment. This work aims to contribute to the promotion of growth and child development in general and the PTNB, and the provision of quality care, in terms of concerning therapeutic positioning, showing what studies have shown about this theme related to respiratory conditions. In view of this, the present study aimed to carry out a literature review of scientific productions on the effects of position switching on the optimization of the respiratory system of preterm newborns consists of a literature review using the Google Scholar, Scielo (Scientific Electronic Library Online), PEDro (Physiotherapy Evidence Data base), PubMed We used 11 articles published between the period 2000-2020, using the keywords, “positioning”, “intensive care unit” (ICU), “premature”,'Supine'','Prone'', “positioning”, “intensive care unit (ICU)”, “premature” ''Supine'', ''Prone''. The inclusion methods were based on articles within the proposed period in Portuguese and English of interest for the study, that is, those that describe protocols related to the use of early mobilization. Exclusion: studies in adults, prior to 2010 and studies that do not address the theme.
