POR UMA AUTONOMIA CONCRETIZÁVEL A PARTIR DE TÉCNICAS PARA COMUNIDADES EM REGIÕES DE FRAGILIDADE SOCIOESPACIAL E AMBIENTAL
Apresentação de fundamentação Teórica, Objetivos e Métodos para inventário e proposição de alternativas técnicas no âmbito da arquitetura e de infraestrutura de edificações em pequena e média escala, como sistemas potencialmente geradores de autonomia para comunidades em regiões de fragilidade socioespacial e/ou ambiental, como alternativa imediata de construção civil, saneamento, energia passiva e de suporte para a produção de agricultura familiar, especialmente aplicáveis nas frontes da Região Metropolitana de São Paulo, onde os tecidos e contextos urbano, rural e ambiental se apresentam contíguos, mesclados ou em interface e, muitas vezes, conflitantes. Prevê-se que a aproximação a estes territórios possa gerar subsídios extensíveis e apropriáveis, por analogia, às periferias metropolitanas brasileiras considerando suas características sistêmicas. Objetiva-se a consecução de insumos para Cadernos ou Cartilhas de Técnicas e Sistemas utilizáveis, abertos e ampliáveis, como suporte a ações práticas e políticas destas comunidades e como projeto piloto para pesquisas futuras, de maior amplitude, a respeito de situações de precariedade urbana latino-americanas.

Abstract:
Presentation of theoretical foundation, objectives and methods for an inventory and proposal of technical alternatives in the ambit of architecture and infrastructure in small and medium scale, as systems potentially capable of generate autonomy for communities in regions of socio-spatial and/or environmental fragility, as an immediate alternative for civil construction, sanitation, passive energy and support for the production of family agriculture, especially applicable in the fronds of the Metropolitan Region of Sao Paulo, where urban, rural and environmental tissues and contexts are interfaced, contiguous or merged, and often conflicting. It is expected that the approximation to these territories can generate subsides that are also extensible and appropriated, by analogy, to the Brazilian metropolitan peripheries, considering their systemic characteristics. The aim is to obtain inputs to Notebooks or Booklets of usable, open and expandable techniques and systems, as a support for practical and political actions of these communities and as a pilot project for future research of a larger regarding situations of Latin American urban precariousness.
