POR UM TRATAMENTO MAIS FLUIDO DO TRANSTORNO DO DÉFICIT DE ATENÇÃO/HIPERATIVIDADE
O diagnóstico de transtornos de
aprendizagem está em evidência, entre eles o
TDAH é o mais comum. Para tratar o transtorno
é usual a aplicação de medicamentos com
metilfenidato, que é o psicoestimulante mais
vendido no mundo atualmente.
grupos, resultantes do desenvolvimento físico
inferior, podem ser mais um fator para dificultar
a aprendizagem individual.
Em revisão de literatura na Scielo, encontraramse
28 resultados para tratamento do TDAH:
1 analisando aconselhamento familiar, 19
sobre medicamentos, 1 sobre tratamento
psicopedagógico, 7 sobre psicoterapia.
O tipo de tratamento mais pesquisado
não age considerando o desenvolvimento
individual, aborda o TDAH como uma falha
no funcionamento “mecânico” do cérebro.
Se o desenvolvimento humano ocorre de
forma integral e as habilidades físicas estão
diretamente relacionadas ao desenvolvimento
intelectual, a atividade física deveria presente
nas possibilidades de tratamento para o TDAH.

Abstract:
The diagnosis of learning disorders
is in evidence, among them ADHD is the most
common. To treat the disorder it is usual to
apply drugs with methylphenidate, which is
the best selling psychostimulant in the world
today. Brazil is the second largest consumer
of Methylphenidate in the world, the Brazilian

prescription of drugs such as Ritalin for children
under 16 years.
The development of learning may be related to motor development since the balance
of children with ADHD is impaired. Social exclusion and non-participation in groups
resulting from inferior physical development may be another factor in making individual
learning difficult.
In a literature review in Scielo, 28 results were found for ADHD treatment: 1

individual development, addresses ADHD as a failure in the “mechanical” functioning
of the brain. If human development occurs in an integral way and physical abilities are
directly related to intellectual development, physical activity should be present in the
treatment possibilities for ADHD.
