POPULARIZAÇÃO DA CIÊNCIA NA BAHIA: RELATOS SOBRE AÇÕES ENTRE 1970 E 1990.
O presente artigo tem como foco destacar, dentro de uma abordagem em História da Ciência, ações em prol da popularização da ciência realizadas no Estado da Bahia durante a segunda metade do século XX. Assim, para o contexto da pesquisa é tomado como objeto quatro ações realizadas entre 1970 e 1990. Inicialmente, o trabalho foca o debate sobre os conceitos que cercam a popularização da ciência, suas correlações com a difusão do conhecimento cientifico e com a alfabetização cientifica. Nesse contexto, as ações de popularização foram discutidas através de relatos de atores que participaram ativamente em algum momento do processo trazendo suas falas em um contexto onde temos a História Oral como principal fonte de dados.

Abstract:
This article focuses on highlighting, within a History of Science approach, actions in favor of the popularization of science carried out in the State of Bahia during the second half of the 20th century. Thus, for the research context, four actions between 1970 and 1990 are taken as the object. Initially, the work focuses on the debate on the concepts surrounding the popularization of science, its correlations with the dissemination of scientific knowledge and literacy scientific. In this context, popularization actions were discussed through accounts of actors who actively participated at some point in the process, bringing their speeches in a context where we have Oral History as the main source of data.
