PONTES ENTRE TEORIA E PRÁTICA: REFLEXÕES DO PROGRAMA PIBID NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES
O artigo busca refletir sobre as contribuições da participação do Programa Institucional de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) para a formação inicial dos professores. O programa busca trazer para a carreira docente uma nova etapa que se inicia durante a graduação e possibilita o acompanhamento do dia-a-dia de uma escola, participando das aulas dos professores regentes e desenvolvendo atividades para serem trabalhadas com os alunos.

Abstract: This article aims to reflect on the contributions of participation in the Pre-Service Teacher Education and Literacies (PIBID) to initial teacher training. The program is intended to bring a new stage to a teacher's career, which begins during graduation and allows them to follow the day-to-day life of a school, taking part in the classes of the teachers and developing activities to work on with the students.
