POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS PARA MULHERES E OS DESAFIOS À VISIBILIDADE 14
Este artigo ora intitulado “Políticas Públicas para Mulheres e os desafios à visibilidade” tem como objetivo situar o cenário dos anos de 1990 ao novo milênio no cotidiano de intensas contradições, as quais figuram o processo de produção e reprodução dos antagonismos de classes na tensão efervescente do conjunto dos arranjos de políticas asseguradas no marco da Constituição Federal de 1988 até então, em processo de desmonte pelo jogo dos ajustes neoliberais. Nessa direção, adotamos nos procedimentos metodo- lógicos um recorte bibliográfico elencado a partir de autores que debruçam sobre a realidade concreta das mulheres na luta pela inserção em políticas que possibilitem a sua visibilidade e autonomia. Das reflexões alcançadas compreendemos que na atualidade há intensos questionamentos quanto à natureza das políticas públicas ditas emancipatórias, cuja movimento se apre- senta na dimensão do controle, ora na perspectiva de empoderamento, ao que entendemos, a eminente necessidade de resignificar o sentido real de tais políticas e seus redesenhos.

Abstract
This article now entitled “Public Policies for Women and the challenges to visibility” aims to situate the scenario from the 1990s to the new millennium in the daily life of intense contradictions, as what figure in the process of production and reproduction of the class antagonisms in the effervescent tension of the set of policy arrangements ensured within the framework of the Federal Constitution of 1988 until then, in the process of dismantling by the game of neoliberal adjustments. In this direction, we adopted in the methodological procedures a bibliographic cut listed from authors who focus on the concrete reality of women in the struggle for insertion in policies that enable their visibility and autonomy. From the reflections reached, we understand that currently there are intense questions about the nature of the so-called emancipatory public policies, whose movement is presented in the control dimension, now in the perspective of empowerment, to what we understand, an eminent need to reframe the real meaning of such policies and their redraws.
